Richardson New KFOG/San Francisco MD/Middays

KFOG-FM/San Francisco personality Renee Richardson is upped to Music Director and midday host. Richardson's new position also includes hosting the "10@10" along Program Director Dennis Constantine. She starts her new roles immediately. Richardson began her radio career at crosstown Alternative KITS-FM (Live 105) before joining KFOG in 1999 for morning drive, then afternoons.

Constantine said, "For 13 years, Renee has been part of the KFOG culture sitting on the bench waiting for her turn to take a bigger role. She's multitalented, and we're extremely excited to have her in the new role of KFOG Music Director and midday host. With her holding down the midday on KFOG, it's as if we've moved from Joe Montana to Steve Young quarterbacking this important airshift."

Richardson added, "I'm so excited and frankly amazed on how I got so lucky to be at KFOG to have the experience to have worked with the best in the business over the years and to now play an active role in shaping what's next."
