CCME/Jacksonville Names Nyren as VP/Market Mgr.


Clear Channel appoints 25-year industry vet Marv Nyren as VP/Market Manager of its six-station cluster in Jacksonville, effective April 1. Nyren joins the Jacksonville market from CCME/Chicago where he most recently served as VP/Affiliate Development-Midwest for Total Traffic Network (TTN) since February, 2012. Prior to that, Nyren previously served as Senior Vice President and Regional Market Manager for Emmis in Phoenix and Chicago.

"Marv brings his enthusiastic leadership and a long list of professional wins to Jacksonville," said Regional Market Manager/Florida John Hunt. "He is a great leader, competitor and manager -- we are very fortunate to have him join our already exceptional team in Jacksonville."
