Oregon's KXL Wins 7 OAB's Including Station of the Year

Alpha Broadcasting's KXL-FM (FM News 101)/Portland has won seven 2013 OAB (Oregon Association of Broadcasters) Awards including Station of the Year for the third consecutive year. KXL also took home the following:

• Best On Air Personality for Clyde Lewis, host of "Ground Zero with Clyde Lewis"
• Best Station Promo produced Bryan Griggs
• Best Newscast from Dan Mitchinson and Lacey Evans covering the Clackamas Town Center Shooting
• Best Investigative Reporting from Rosemary Reynolds
• Best Coverage of Breaking News from the entire KXL Team covering the Boston Bombing
• Best Single News Story from Dan Mitchinson
