Don Geronimo Says Farewell to KHTK Listeners

Veteran personality Don Geronimo returned to CBS Radio's Sports KHTK-AM (Sports 1140)/Sacramento on Wednesday to tell listeners he was moving on after his show was pulled on October 4. He expressed his gratitude, as well as his love for the area and that he would leave Sacramento following the station's move to all Sports. Geronimo also said that he and CBS Radio would team for a new project in the near future and that he would announce his plans on Twitter at @dongeronimoshow.

Prior to joining KHTK for mornings in May, 2010, Geronimo was best known for his stints with Mike O'Meara (Don & Mike) at WJFK-FM and WAVA-FM/Washington, DC, before leaving in 2008.

Concurrently, Geronimo's previous producer and station vet, Little Joe Pittman, has announced on Facebook that he would remain with KHTK.
