Russell Named PD/PM Drive WARM-FM/York-Lancaster

Cumulus Media announces that 21-year radio programming professional Dave Russell has been named Program Director and Afternoon Personality of WARM 103.3 FM in York-Lancaster, PA. Russell begins his new duties on September 8. This marks a homecoming for Russell, who programmed the station from 2007 through 2009. Russell returns to WARM from his most recent role as Program Director and Promotions Director for WOGG and WPKL in suburban Pittsburgh. Previously, Russell programmed and was on-air talent for WSBA and programmed both WCTO and WLEV in Allentown, PA.
Emily Boldon, Vice President, Stratus Music Programming and Corporate Program Director for Cumulus said, "We are so excited to welcome Dave back to Cumulus-York.
