In conjunction with NBC Sports and NBC Sports Radio, Westwood One will present live play-by-play audio coverage of the NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs, starting this Saturday, April 15, when the Toronto Maple Leafs take on the Washington Capitals. Westwood One will broadcast a Playoff Game of the Week on each of the next four Saturdays, before carrying every game of the Conference Finals. Play-by-play talent Kenny Albert and analyst Joe Micheletti will serve as Westwood One/NBC Sports Radio's broadcast crew for the 2017 Stanley Cup Final and select playoff games.

Albert calls regular-season and post-season NHL games on NBC and NBCSN and has served as a hockey play-by-play commentator for NBC Sports at four Winter Olympics. He's also the radio play-by-play voice for the New York Rangers. Micheletti serves as an analyst for NBC Sports Group's NHL regular-season and post-season coverage, and is a TV analyst for the New York Rangers as well. He began his broadcasting career in 1985 as part of the St. Louis Blues radio team.
