Relevant Radio to Acquire 20 Stations from Salem Media Group

Relevant Radio has agreed to acquire twenty stations in ten markets across the U.S. from Salem Media Group for $16.95 million. Included in the deal are outlets in Atlanta, Boston, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Miami, San Antonio, St. Louis, Tampa and Youngstown, OH. SMG had said earlier that it would sell off some of its non-essential properties in an effort to reinvest in its more profitable stations.

- KTNO-AM (1440)/Dallas
- KTEK-AM (1110)/Houston
- K241CM-FM (96.1)/Houston
- KRDY-AM (1160)/San Antonio
- KDMT-QAM (1690)/Denver
- WSDZ-AM (1260)/St. Louis
- K236CX-FM (95.1)
- KXFN-AM (1280)/St. Louis
- K287BY-FM (105.3)/St. Louis
- WHKZ-AM (1440)/Youngstown
- W298CX-FM (107.5)/Youngstown
