"Supporting these female radio executives who are on the rise in their careers is something BMI is extremely proud of," said BMI VP/Industry Relations Dan Spears. "Rising Through the Ranks gives these talented participants the tools they need to succeed in the radio industry, and the guidance they receive from top executives, as well as the connections they make through the program, are invaluable."

"Rising Through the Ranks is perfectly aligned with the MIW Group's mission of mentoring and inspiring women in radio broadcasting. Participating in this meaningful program is a privilege for both the scholarship recipients and those of us invited to address the group. "Each year, the power of this unique experience becomes evident as graduates return to their offices to incorporate insights learned and continue building successful careers."
