Saga Agrees to Acquire FM Translator in Manchester NH

Saga Communications has agreed to purchase FM translator W295BL at 106.9 in Manchester, New Hampshire from Basic Holdings LLC. for $200,000. Saga also owns Talk WFEA-AM (1370), Classic Hits WMLL-FM (96.5 The Mill), Hot AC WZID-FM and Cllassic Hits W231BR (Rewind 94.1) in Manchester. Saga is led by Ed Christian and Basic Holdings is led by Jeff Shapiro. Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co. was the broker in this transaction.
