Misslou LLC to Purchase KFNV & KWTG in Louisiana

Misslou LLC has agreed to purchase 18.5kW Classic Hits KFNV-FM (107.1) licensed to Ferriday, LA and 3kW Country KWTG-FM (104.7) licensed to Vidalia, LA from Tom D. Gay. Misslou is headed by Brenda Floyd and James Allgood and owns no other broadcast interests. Seller Tom Gay has previously sold his other radio properties in the region. Following the closing of this sale he will have no other broadcast interests.

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group served as the broker for this transaction representing the seller.
