Nebraska Rural Radio Association to Acquire Seven in NE

Nebraska Rural Radio Association has agreed to acquire seven radio outlets in Nebraska from Legacy Communications LLC. Terms were not immediately disclosed. Included in the deal are 100kW KMOR-FM (93.3), 0.95kW KETT-FM (99.3), 100kW KOZY-FM (101.3), 25kW KHYY-FM (106.9), 1kW KOAQ-AM (690) and 1kW KOLT-AM (1320) in Scottsbluff, along with 0.5kW KUVR-AM (1380) in Holdrege -- all in Nebraska. The seller Legacy Communications is a Nebraska-based company headed by Alan Usher. Nebraska Rural Radio Association is a Nebraska-based company headed by Tim Marshall and Craig Larson.
