Radio Punjab to Acquire KTXV-AM (890)/Dallas for $225K

Radio Punjab Dallas LLC has agreed to acquire 20kW Asian KTXV-AM (890)/Dallas from Dallas Major Radio for a reported $225,000. The seller, Dallas Major Radio, is a California-based company. The buyer, Radio Punjab Dallas, is a Washington-based company headed by Sukhdev Dhillon.
