EMF to Acquire Wyoming Outlets from Cochise Broadcasting

Christian radio broadcaster Educational Media Foundation has agreed to acquire two Wyoming stations from Cochise Broadcasting. Terms were not immediately disclosed. Included in the deal are .5kW KXJW-FM (101.9)/North Rock Springs and .25kW KWXR-FM (98.7)/Reliance, Wyoming. The seller is a Wyoming-based company headed by Ted Tucker. The buyer is a not-for-profit organization based in Rocklin, CA, led by CEO Bill Reeves.
Kalil & Co. brokered the transaction for both parties.
