Saga Closes on FM Translator Acquisition in Manchester NH

Saga Communications has closed on its previously announced acquisition of FM translator W295BL (106.9)/Manchester, NH, from Basic Holdings LLC for $200,000. Saga also owns Talk WFEA-AM (1370), Classic Hits WMLL-FM (96.5 The Mill), Hot AC WZID-FM and Classic Hits W231BR (Rewind 94.1) in Manchester. Saga is led by Ed Christian and Basic Holdings is led by Jeff Shapiro.

Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co. was the broker in this transaction.
