Paragon Plus to Acquire Three-Station Cluster in Altus OK

Paragon Plus LLC has agreed to acquire a three-station cluster in Altus, OK, from High Plains Radio Network. Included in the deal are 100kW Country KEYB-FM (107.9), 50kW Classic Rock KJOK-FM (102.7) and 6kW Oldies KKRE-FM (92.5). The buyer is headed by Blake Brewer, who also has radio interests in Elk City, OK and Woodward, OK. The seller is headed by Monte Spearman, who has other station interests in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado and Mississippi.

Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group served as the broker for this transaction representing the seller.
