Mississippi Valley Broadcasters Sells Two More in La Crosse

Mississippi Valley Broadcasters has agreed to sell 0.8kw Hot AC WLXR-FM (104.9)/La Crosse, WI, to The Salvation Poem Foundation dba Prayz Network. The seller is a Wisconsin-based company headed by Pat Smith, Managing Member. The buyer is a Wisconsin-based Christian radio network, with studio located in Sparta, WI.

Additionally, Mississippi Valley Broadcasters is selling 3.6kW Classic Rock WKBH-FM (100.1)/West Salem WI (La Crosse), to Educational Media Foundation. EMF is a California-based company headed by Bill Reeves.

Kalil & Co. brokered the transaction.
