Personality-based advertising agency Ace TJ Media and media strategy and marketing company Stout Factor ink a new partnership geared to companies throughout the Southeast. The companies will combine their expertise in both traditional (radio, TV, print) and digital (podcast, streaming, social, apps) media to create campaigns and results.
