Rockingham NC FM Construction Permit Sold for $75K

Media Services Group

The Power Foundation has agreed to purchase the Construction Permit for Educational FM station WRNC in Rockingham, NC (FCC ID# 762613) from Pathway Christian Academy, Inc. The purchase price for the CP is $75,000. Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group served as the broker for the seller in this transaction.
