Closing on First American Radio Outlet Sold to Canadians

Jon Pole and Andrew Dickson have closed on their acquisition of 6kW AC WLYK-FM (91.9) in Cape Vincent, NY (1000 Islands Resort Area). The purchase price was $350,000. This is the first sale of an American radio station sold 100% to Canadians. The new owners, both Pole and Dickson are Canadian citizens. Sellers were David Mance, Jack Clancy and Craig Harris, owners of WCDO-AM & FM in Sidney, NY.
Kozacko Media Services served as the exclusive broker for the deal.
