Saga Communications has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, to be disbursed on March 7, 2025, to shareholders who are on record as of February 18, 2025. The total payment for this dividend will amount to approximately $1.6 million, which will be funded from the company's cash reserves.

Since 2012, Saga Communications has returned about $137 million to its shareholders through dividends. The company continues to adhere to a variable dividend policy, which supports its strategic objectives of maintaining a robust balance sheet, enhancing shareholder returns, and pursuing growth through acquisitions.

Additionally, Saga may consider special dividends or stock buybacks in the future. However, these decisions will depend on various factors including the company's financial health, cash needs, and future prospects.

Saga's portfolio includes 82 FM and 32 AM radio stations across 28 markets, alongside 79 metro signals, with increasing involvement in digital and e-commerce initiatives.
