Bustos Media Closes on Olympia's KXXO (Mixx 96.1)

Bustos Media Holdings, LLC has completed its purchase of KXXO-FM (Mixx 96.1) in Olympia, WA from 3 Cities, Inc. The seller, 3 Cities, Inc., is a Washington-based company led by David Rauh and Toni C. Holm. Since its launch in 1990, Mixx 96.1 has been a locally owned and operated station known for serving the Olympia community for more than 30 years.

The buyer, Bustos Media Holdings, LLC, is a California-based company headed by Amador Bustos. Bustos Media operates 12 other radio stations in Washington and 14 additional outlets across Oregon, California, and Arizona.

KXXO-FM broadcasts at 96.1 MHz with 37 kW ERP at 2,352 feet HAAT. Kalil & Co., Inc. served as the exclusive broker for the transaction.
