Broadcast Communications, Inc. has agreed to acquire WOGG-FM (Froggy 94.9) and WPKL-FM (Pickle 99.3) from Forever Media for $995,000.

WOGG, licensed to Oliver, PA, operates at 94.9 MHz with 1.95 kW and airs a Country format as Froggy 94.9. WPKL, licensed to Uniontown, PA, operates at 99.3 MHz with 3 kW and airs Classic Hits as Pickle 99.3. Both stations serve areas in the Pittsburgh region.

Broadcast Communications is headed by Bob Stevens, while Forever Media is led by Lynn Deppen.

Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co. served as exclusive broker for the transaction.
