Entravision Communications reported third-quarter net revenue of $226.3 million, up 88% from $120.6 million a year earlier, driven by rapid growth in its advertising technology business and increased political advertising in its Media segment.
Net income totaled $19.0 million, or 18 cents per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $9.7 million, or 11 cents per share, in the prior-year quarter. Operating income reached $28.3 million, reversing an operating loss of $9.1 million.
The Advertising Technology & Services segment generated revenue of $177.2 million, up 133% from $76.1 million. Entravision attributed the increase primarily to growth in monthly active advertisers and revenue per advertiser, supported by investments in its platform's artificial intelligence capabilities and expanded sales capacity.
ATS segment operating profit increased 261% to $35.2 million from $9.8 million.
Media segment revenue, which includes the company's television, radio and related advertising operations, rose 10% to $49.1 million from $44.5 million. Higher broadcast advertising revenue, primarily political spending, and increased retransmission fees were partially offset by lower spectrum usage rights revenue.
The Media segment posted an operating profit of $70,000, compared with an operating loss of $3.5 million a year earlier. The release did not separately disclose radio revenue.
Combined segment operating profit increased 465% to $35.2 million from $6.2 million. Corporate expenses rose 7% to $6.8 million, primarily because of higher stock-based compensation.
For the first nine months of 2026, consolidated revenue increased 108% to $651.2 million from $313.2 million. Net income totaled $51.1 million, compared with a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $61.0 million in the same period last year.
Year-to-date ATS revenue increased 182% to $514.6 million, while Media revenue rose 4% to $136.6 million. The Media segment's nine-month operating loss widened to $8.4 million from $5.8 million.
Entravision made a scheduled $5.0 million debt payment and paid $4.6 million in dividends during the quarter. It ended September with $89.7 million in cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities, and $152.3 million in debt.
The board approved a quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share on Class A and Class U common stock, payable December 31 to shareholders of record December 17.
