Emily West is upped to midday host for WNEW-FM (New 102.7) in New York, airing 10am-3pm weekdays. She joined Entercom in 2017 and has since served as a fill-in air personality for the Entercom Hot AC outlet along with "Scott Shannon in the Morning with Patty Steele" on sister WCBS-FM and as a traffic reporter for co-owned WCBS-AM. Prior to joining Entercom, West held various roles for iHeartMedia in Chicago and Atlanta. She currently serves as a fill-in traffic reporter for WNBC-TV in New York.

"Emily has held various roles and done an exceptional job for our collection of New York stations," said Entercom New York Susan Larkin. "We're thrilled to have her on board at WNEW hosting her own show, featuring shorter commercial breaks to better spotlight our advertisers and offering an improved listening experience for our audience."

"I'm grateful to see my hard work these last few years pay off and I couldn't be more excited for this new opportunity," added West. "Our listeners crave a fresh collection of today's hottest hits and I look forward to delivering that on a daily basis."
