Sean Strife Takes APD/MD/Afternoons at Channel 95.5/Detroit

iHeartMedia CHR WZEE-FM (Z104)/Madison, WI, Assistant PD, Music Director and afternoon host Sean Strife moves to co-owned CHR WKQI-FM (Channel 95.5)/Detroit for the same duties. He replaces Joe Carballo, who is now hosting mornings on WFLZ-FM/Tampa. Previously, Strife was Program Director for CHR KOSY-FM (Y957)/Cedar Rapids, IA.

Before KOSY, Strife worked as the producer for KIIS-FM's "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" in Los Angeles. He also produced the "Jesse Lozano in the Morning" show and was an air personality for co-owend Sports/Talk KLAC-AM (AM 570 LA Sports). Strife is originally from Boca Raton, FL and began his radio career in Gainesville and West Palm Beach before moving to Los Angeles in 2013.

Strife said, "It's a dream come true. Can't wait to win with Tony, Mojo and the rest of the incredible team at WKQI."
