Hubbard Radio's Federal News Network, which airs on WFED-AM (1500) in Washington, DC, has announced it will be adding a new reporter Justin Doubleday to the team. He comes to FNN from Inside Defense, where he was a Senior Technology Reporter for the last 3 years. Before his work at Inside Defense he also worked as a reporter in various capacities covering news related to the Department of Defense.

"We are so incredibly excited to welcome Justin to the Federal News Network team. His expertise specifically in technology and national security will be a huge asset to our organization," said WTOP & Federal News Network General Manager Joel Oxley. "The addition of our new reporter will further contribute to our goal of being the go-to source of federal news for employees and contractors and is a testament to the incredible work our team has been doing."

Over the last year, the reliance of the federal community on the news and information Federal News Network provides has led to growth in coverage and sponsorship opportunities such as a podcast library, the three-day DoD Cloud Exchange event, Federal Insights programs and an over 100,000 person database turning to Federal News Network for news.

Founded in 2000, Federal News Network is home of the Federal Drive podcast, "Ask the CIO and On DOD." Federal News Network's online presence FederalNewsNetwork.com pulls 450,000 unique users monthly with digital news coverage on topics such as about technology, defense, workforce/management, pay & benefits and more across digital and social platforms.
