Tom Scott Joins WILQ and WBZD in Williamsport PA

Tom Scott

Tom Scott joins Backyard Broadcasting's Country WILQ and Classic Hits WBZD/Williamsport, PA as WILQ midday host and WBZD afternoon host, effective November 1. Most recently, he served as Production Coordinator at Seven Mountains Media's Country simulcast WCFT, WRBG, WZBF and WQBG (Bigfoot Country)/Selinsgrove, PA, as well as hosting middays. Scott says he'll be covering long-term for current WILQ middayer Shawn Carey as he's on a non-COVID related medical leave.

Prior to joining Seven Mountains Media in 2017, the 30-year radio vet served as Program Director at Erie Radio Company in Erie, PA. Previously, Scott's career has included programming stints with Country WBBI (B107.5) and Classic Country WINR (US 96.9)/Binghamton, NY, and the iHeartMedia's cluster in Williamsport, PA.
