Hall Communications promotes Vermont radio veteran Mel Allen to morning host on WIZN (106.7 The Wizard)/Burlington-Plattsburg. He's been with Hall Communications since 2016 serving in many different capacities including nights on WIZN as host of the "Highway To Mel" show.
