Andrew Mason Joins KKFN/Denver as Senior Broncos Writer

Andrew Mason joins Bonneville's KKFN-FM (104.3 The Fan) in Denver as the Sports outlet's senior Broncos writer for DenverFan.com, succeeding the late John Clayton who died in March. Mason has spent over 23 years as a reporter and analyst covering the NFL, with over 18 of those years covering the Broncos. "Mase" as he's known to Broncos Country, joins The Fan from DNVR where he provided written and audio analysis of the Broncos since 2019. He worked several years as senior digital reporter and managing editor of the Denver Broncos official website.

Mason has also authored a book on Broncos history, "Tales from the Denver Broncos Sideline" that saw its second edition published in 2017, In addition. Mason has served as a Sports/Talk radio host in Denver with Mile High Sports Radio and iHeartRadio's now defunct KDSP-AM.

"I'm thrilled to join The Fan team and add what I can to the efforts of building Denver's premier online destination for Denver fans," said Mason. Mason joins a team that also includes James Merilatt, Rachel Vigil, Will Petersen, Jake Shapiro and Cecil Lammey, plus multiple writers and podcast hosts who regularly contribute to DenverFan.com.
