KIRO-AM (Seattle Sports)/Seattle announces "The KJ Wright Show" as a weekly program. The new, one-hour show will air each Wednesday from 8-9am when former Seahawks pro bowler KJ Wright joins "Brock & Salk" in-studio. The inaugural show will air Wednesday, September 7 and the program will also be offered as a weekly podcast at SeattleSports.com.

"The addition of KJ Wright solidifies Seattle Sports as the premier outlet for Seahawks coverage in Seattle," said Seattle Sports Program Director Kyle Brown. "Having spent 11 years in the NFL, and 10 playing under Pete Carroll, KJ will share a perspective on the game that's unmatched in the PNW. We're ecstatic to have him join the Seattle Sports team."

Less than a year removed from his NFL career, KJ Wright headed straight to the broadcast booth to share an insider's perspective on the Seahawks. He joins Brock Huard and Mike Salk for a weekly conversation on the week gone by, a look ahead to the that weekend's game, and a Seahawks perspective like none other. Wright played more than a decade under Pete Carroll and earned a Super Bowl ring.
