Sharif Welch Joins Life 96.5/Sioux Falls Morning Show

Northwestern Media's KNWC (Life 96.5)/Sioux Falls, SD names Sharif Welch as the new co-host of the Life 96.5 morning show. She'll join Brad Peterson in the morning show duties. Welch previously served as Life 96.5's office coordinator. Sharif replaces Lauren Banik who left the morning show to take a new role as regional media advancement officer for Northwestern.
"When God gives you a message, He also gives you a way to share it," said Sharif. "It's surreal that my job is to get up each day and share God's love. It's better than I could have imagined."
"Life 96.5 has been blessed to have Sharif on our staff," said Station Manager Jeff Rupp. "We are looking forward to watching how God will use her to bring hope and encouragement to our listeners each morning."
