WXBK/New York Extends Shelly Wade as Afternoon Host

Shelly Wade

Shelly Wade inks a new contract to continue hosting afternoons on Audacy's Classic Hip Hop WXBK-FM (94.7 The Block) in New York. Additionally, she's launching the new Audacy podcast "The Goodness Factor with Shelley Wade" in the near future. Wade, a veteran New York on-air host has also worked for 104.3 MYfm in Los Angeles, WXKS-FM (Kiss 108) in Boston and KBXX-FM (The Box) in Houston. She's also the first African American to ever host a full-time show on WHTZ (Z100) in New York.
