Audacy unveils a new afternoon show on Sports W249DL (97.7) and W246CV (97.1) in Greenville, SC collectively known as "The Fan Upstate." "Wire 2 Wire" with Greg "Diesel" Abee and Cole Bryson will air weekdays from 3-7pm ET beginning March 25. The new program replaces "Offsides with Marc Ryan," who is moving to co-owned WXYT-FM (97.1 The Ticket) in Detroit.

"'Wire 2 Wire' allows us to elevate Diesel, who has worked alongside Marc for years, and Cole, who has done a great job with every sports assignment we've given him," said Audacy Greenville-Spartanburg Steve Sinicropi. "'Wire 2 Wire' will be a live, local sports show with knowledgeable, well-known local talent, and I know sports fans will love it."

"I'm excited to begin a new step in my career," added Diesel. "To be doing this with a friend like Cole Bryson, with whom I have a ton of respect and a great relationship, is especially exciting. We will focus on delivering outstanding local coverage of the teams that resonate most with the Upstate community while elevating The Fan's brand through top-notch social media content. Ultimately, Cole and I are just two hungry, energetic hosts, driven by a passion for what we love the most - sports."

"I am beyond excited to be hosting weekdays with someone I consider a true professional, Diesel," said Bryson. "We promise to deliver a dynamic blend of entertainment and insightful content for our audience. Regardless of who you pull for in sports, we want you to be a part of our show."

Diesel grew up rooting for the Clemson Tigers and attended Appalachian State University. He is a long-suffering Panthers fan, having attended games their first season at Clemson and growing up an hour from Charlotte.

Bryson has been a voice in regional and national sports networks, with a repertoire that includes D2 college football play-by-play, PA announcer for local colleges and contributing to ESPN Plus broadcasts and high school football coverage since 2012. Bryson also hosts "The Saturday Morning Scramble" on The Fan on Saturday mornings during football season.
