Longtime WPEN-FM (97.5 the Fanatic)/Philadelphia host and producer Pat Egan is out in a round off Beasley layoffs, reports reports crossingbroad.com's Kevin Kinkead. Egan recently moved from the Sports outlet's morning show to evenings. He was previously part of a four-person program that included John Kincade, Cooney and Jamie Lynch and was one of the longest-tenured employees remaining at the station.
Also exiting is WMGK morning co-host Steve Vassalotti. He was part of John DeBella's program from 2017 to 2023, working as a producer and co-host. He remained as co-host when DeBella retired in August and was replaced by Matt Cord. Vassalotti previously worked at WPEN and WMMR in the past.
