Longtime KILT-AM (Sports Radio 610)/Houston co-host Landry Locker is departing the Audacy outlet's midday show. He had aired from 10am-2pm with with co-host John P. Lopez, a former Chronicle columnist. In a post on X, Locker said Monday was his last show and that he would be focusing on his YouTube channel "The Locker Room" that features Texans coverage. Locker co-hosted the show with Lopez since May, 2018.
"I love sports radio" said Locker. "I'm proud that we always informed and entertained while being honest with the audience. Grateful to everyone in that building, grateful to the Texans for allowing us to be critical and excited about the evolution of the business. Very thankful to my current bosses for allowing me to grow my stream and spread my wings."
