Hudson Hott Exits Middays at KYSR (ALT 98.7) in Los Angeles

Hudson Hott exits iHeartMedia's Alternative KYSR (ALT 98.7) in Los Angeles where she hosted middays. Citing the high cost of living in California, she announced on Instagram that her family is relocating to North Carolina. She will host weekends and fill-ins on a remote basis. Before relocating to Los Angeles in 2017, Hudson was the morning host at co-owned KUCD-FM (Star 101.9) in Honolulu, now Asian "Pop 101.9."

In a post on Instagram, the station wrote, "This is not a goodbye, but a see you later. We will miss @hudsonhott_ so very much, but we are proud of everything she's accomplished and will continue to accomplish. We wish her the best of luck as she travels to the East Coast, and she will forever be a part of our ALT 98.7 family.

Hudson added, "I love you all so much. and I feel so loved. I really do it was a rough day today and I got to go to sleep because I'm going to the iHeartRadio music festival tomorrow and I hope you are too. We'll hang out if you are."
