Audacy's KMLE Country 107.9 in Phoenix is bringing a fresh dynamic to its morning programming with the introduction of the new show "Niko & Cheyenne." Starting January 15, Niko Petrou will team up with Cheyenne Davis to host the morning slot, weekdays 6-10am MT.

Petrou, who is already a familiar voice on sister KOOL-FM (Big 94.5: with his afternoon show, is set to return to KMLE's morning post. "Returning to KMLE Country 107.9 feels like coming home to finish some important business," said Petrou, who exudes enthusiasm for his new role. He will be joined by Cheyenne Davis, who has been with KMLE since December 2019 and shares a similar zeal for engaging with the Phoenix community.

The duo is celebrated for their strong local ties and ability to connect with listeners, a cornerstone of their broadcast philosophy. "The chemistry between Niko and Cheyenne promises a blend of energy, entertainment, and community focus, making mornings in Phoenix a little brighter," remarked Dave Pugh, Senior Vice President and Market Manager at Audacy Phoenix.

Both hosts bring a wealth of experience to the table. Petrou, a 20-year industry veteran, has held various roles across several major outlets, including WBMP-FM and WHTZ-FM (Z100) in New York. Meanwhile, Davis began her radio career at KDBL-FM in Yakima, WA, before making her mark in Phoenix.
