The Herd with Colin Cowhear Joins WJBR Tampa March 2

Beasley Media Group and FOX Sports Radio have announced that The Herd with Colin Cowherd will debut Monday, March 2 on WJBR (Florida Alumni Radio 1010 AM) in Tampa. The program will air weekdays from 12-3pm ET and will also be simulcast on 92.1 FM in Hillsborough County, 103.1 FM in Pinellas County, and 104.7 HD2.

Hosted by Colin Cowherd, The Herd is a topic-driven sports talk program featuring commentary and interviews with leading figures in sports. Cowherd, a 2025 Radio Hall of Fame inductee, launched the show in September 2015.

Cowherd said Tampa's strong sports culture made the market a natural fit for the program.

Beasley Media Group Tampa Vice President and Market Manager Ron deCastro said the addition brings premium national sports content to the station's weekday lineup. Justin Chase, Chief Content Officer of Beasley Media Group, called the move a strategic addition that strengthens the company's sports platform in the Tampa market.
