iHeartMedia's WFLF-AM (NewsRadio WFLA) Orlando will add "The Ryan Gorman Show" to its morning lineup beginning Monday, September 14. The program will air weekdays from 6-9am.
Hosted by Ryan Gorman and Dana McKay, the show covers the day's top stories, politics and current events, with an emphasis on issues affecting listeners across Florida. Veteran news anchors Nathalie Rodriguez and Chris Trenkmann are also part of the program. The Orlando broadcast will include local news, traffic and weather updates.
The expansion adds Orlando to a Florida footprint that already includes NewsRadio WFLA in Tampa and WIOD in Miami. The show's official site currently lists Gorman and McKay as host and co-host, along with Rodriguez and Trenkmann as news anchors.
"Ryan and Dana have built a show that is informative, entertaining and distinctly Florida," said iHeartMedia Orlando Market President Judy Copier. "Their understanding of the stories and issues that matter to Floridians, combined with the reach of iHeart's broadcast, digital and social platforms, creates a powerful way to engage and connect with listeners and advertisers across Orlando."
Gorman began his radio career at age 16 and has built his career around news and current events. He began hosting "The Ryan Gorman Show" on WFLA Tampa in January 2022, and the program expanded to WIOD Miami in December 2024.
McKay brings a background in Top 40 radio to the program, along with an emphasis on trending stories, social media and pop culture.
"The whole Ryan Gorman Show team is looking forward to bringing our unique style of news and talk to the Orlando area," said Gorman. "We can't wait to begin entertaining more of our fellow Floridians!"
"The Ryan Gorman Show" originates from NewsRadio WFLA in Tampa and will now air in Tampa, Miami and Orlando.
