Chris Petlak Joins WTMX/Chicago as Dir./Digital Content

Hubbard Radio Hot AC WTMX-FM (101.9 The Mix)/Chicago appoints Chris Petlak as Director of Digital Content and night personality. He comes to Hubbard Radio Chicago as the co-creator, co-executive producer, writer and lead on the TV series "The Jamz" on Amazon Prime and Apple TV and co-hosts the "Not From Here" podcast. Petlak is also an accomplished musician and stand up comedian having appeared at The Comedy Store LA, Flappers and The Ice House. He's also worked at Liquid Advertising in Los Angeles, where he served as Associate Creative Director.

Petlak sais, "Returning home to join The Mix and work for Hubbard Radio Chicago is an honor. I couldn't be more excited to work with Jimmy, Jeff, Eric, Dave and the entire team at a station with such a strong Chicago legacy. Our first stop will be Lou Malnati's, but after that - it's time to get to work."

VP/Market Manager Jeff England added, "We're thrilled to have Chris back at Hubbard Radio Chicago. It's a sort of homecoming for him. Back in 2011, Chris served as our first Social Media Manager as well as a contributor to Eric in the Morning. Chris will complement our already incredibly strong on air lineup, and bring with him a wealth of digital and entertainment experience to help drive both the quantity and quality of our episodic digital content creation."
