iHeartMedia/San Antonio elevates Victor "Tito" Caballero to Program Director for KEZP-FM (104.5 Latino Hits), effective immediately. He's been the station's Creative Director and afternoon drive host since December, 2018. Caballero's background also includes serving as President of Futuri Media, Head of Latin Programming for Slacker and on-air positions in Los Angeles, Dallas and San Diego. He began his career at KRIO-FM/San Antonio.

"Victor brings an extensive format expertise and a rich programming history to the Program Director position at 104.5 Latino Hits," said iHeartMedia Austin/San Antonio Region Vice President of Programming Chuck Knight. "As a San Antonio native, he has an intimate knowledge of what listeners want. He's been an integral part of our team and has built an amazing relationship with listeners during the afternoon drive. We're thrilled for what's ahead for the 104.5 Latino Hits brand and listeners."
