KTTH-AM & FM/Seattle is the new flagship station for syndicated "America's 1st News with Matt Ray" where he'll broadcast live weekday mornings. Now in its second year, AFN has grown to 85 affiliates and airs on several major market outlets. Ray is a 20-year News/Talk veteran whose background in journalism and communications has made him an award-winning news anchor, news director, talk host, producer and programmer.

Ray commented, "I've had the pleasure of working with Jason Rantz and the engineering staff in the past and they're the best in the business. We're thrilled to join the team on a permanent basis."

The program will feature breaking news to election coverage, newsmaker interviews, special guest contributors and sports with Hall of Famer Don Criqui (recently recognized as one of the NFL's "best-ever" voices). Criqui said, "AFN Sports is hitting a winning stride. It's great working with both Matt and Galen. We're covering sports headlines that are relevant right now. Our style trends toward what I've done with John Gambling and Don Imus."

"America's 1st News" airs live weekdays from 5-9am ET.
