iHeartMedia Names Kris Foley South Ohio Region President

iHeartMedia has named Kris Foley Region President for the South Ohio Region, effective immediately. The region encompasses more than 27 iHM stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.

Foley will work closely with the programming, business and sales teams for all station brands in the Columbus, Cincinnati and Dayton markets to oversee on-air and digital programming as well as create new business and revenue opportunities. She will report to Tom McConnell, Division President for iHeartMedia Markets Group.

"I have worked with Kris for a long time and I'm very excited to have her take on this new role," said McConnell. "She is extremely talented and a natural leader. Her experience working across all divisions of our company, combined with her knowledge and understanding of the markets within the South Ohio region make her the perfect choice for this position."

Most recently Foley served as the vice president of multi-market partnerships and business developments for iHeartMedia. She also served as the senior vice president of sales in North Ohio. Her career began at KISS 107.1 and she is a graduate of Ohio University.

"I started my media career in South Ohio as an account executive," said Foley. "I'm absolutely thrilled to be working alongside the strong leaders and incredible team here in South Ohio and I can't wait to take the region to new levels . "We're passionate about the role companionship plays in the lives of our listeners and the value we can deliver to our business partners."
