WRTB (95.3 The Bull)/Rockford Ups Mays to Brand Manager

Country WRTB-FM (95.3 The Bull)/Rockford, IL, Assistant Program Director Gordon Mays is elevated to Brand Manager. He succeeds Steve Summers, who remains in mornings and adds Brand Manager duties at co-owned Adult Hits WXRX-FM-HD2. Mays joined the Mid-West Family Broadcasting outlet for afternoons in 2017, and was promoted to APD last February. Before WRTB, he spent 10 years in Philadelphia, working for then CBS Radio's Rock WYSP-FM and Beasley Media Country WXTU-FM.

"Gordon has been a tireless member of The Bull," said OM Mark Van Allen. "His go above and beyond attitude and fresh outlook will continue The Bull on its current growth path."

Mays will continue to handle weekend duties at Entercom's Country WUSN-FM (US99)/Chicago.
