Townsquare/Portland Names Kwame Dankwa as Brand Manager

Kwame Dankwa joins Townsquare Media/Portland, ME, as Brand Manager for WJBQ-FM. He'll also handle afternoons on the CHR outlet. Prior to joining WJBQ, Dankwa was Program Director at WRTS-FM (Star 104)/Erie, PA. He's originally from Windsor, CT, and was previously heard on KPWK-FM (Power 933)/Seattle where he served as Assistant PD and handled afternoons.

"I would like to thank Herb Ivy and Brian Lang for this opportunity. I am very excited about creating local radio in Portland and bringing passion and energy to WJBQ and our digital platforms," commented Dankwa.
