Eric Johnson Exits Philadelphia Duo as Dir./Sports Content

Eric Johnson exits Beasley Media's Sports WPEN-FM (97.5 The Fanatic) and Sports WTEL-AM (610 Sports)/Philadelphia as Director of Sports Content. Prior to joining the duo in November, 2017, Johnson spent the previous 19 years serving as the Brand Manager and Program Director at WKXW-FM (New Jersey 101.5)/Trenton, NJ. Prior to that, Johnson worked as the Assistant Program Director at Sports WIP-FM and was the Program Director at Y100/Philadelphia.

Johnson said, "It was great to be part of the team to improve Fanatic ratings the past 2 years. I wish all my former co-workers nothing but the best going forward. I've been at this radio game for 41 years and have met many talented people along the way -- and will always be grateful for that. Now I have a little time to enjoy the holidays and decide what to do next."
