Mr. Master, a provider of workflow optimization software for the radio industry, promotes Maria Laing to Senior VP and appoints Roger Nadel as Executive Director of Affiliate Sales. Based at the company headquarters in Agoura Hills, CA, both Laing and Nadel will begin the newly created posts, effective immediately.

"We are extremely pleased to make these appointments. Maria has really been a force for Mr. Master. She is absolutely fearless and her dedication is unmatched," said Mr. Master President Stu Jacobs. "She really exemplifies who we are."

Laing has been with Mr. Master for the past 18 years. During her tenure, she spearheaded the creation of accountability standards for the terrestrial broadcast audio industry and helped to develop Mr. Master's MediaShooterPro and AIM software. Her industry background includes radio syndication (Dr. Demento, Lord Have Mercy Productions/Prism Media Partners) and a five-year stint as VP for Entertainment Radio Networks.

Laing commented, "I am very proud of the work we've done at Mr. Master. Over nearly two decades we've revolutionized commercial automation and our partners and peers recognize our efforts. I am extremely appreciative of Stu, the roads we've forged together -- and this new opportunity. We have some very exciting things on the horizon for 2020. Our desire to continually improve the industry's accountability efforts never stops."

Regarding Nadel's appointment Jacob's added, "We are also very excited to add Roger's expertise to the Mr. Master family." He is an advocate for radio, with a successful track record of helping stations monetize their inventory and maximize resources - which perfectly aligns with who we are and our business objectives."

Nadel was most recently the Senior Vice President/Affiliate Services for iHeartMedia's Total Traffic Network. An industry veteran, Nadel's experience includes spending more than 25 years at CBS Radio and more than a decade managing stations in Detroit (WWJ-AM and WYST-FM) and Los Angeles (KFWB-AM and KMPC-AM). He also served as Executive Editor of Radio & Records.

"I'm a big believer in using the right tool for the right job," said Nadel. "In an environment where staff sizes are shrinking and workloads are increasing, Mr. Master's AIM software offers a toolkit that solves problems, creates efficiencies and increases revenue for broadcasters. This opportunity was a no brainer for me."
