Contratulations to iHeartMedia/Delaware's Scott Klatzkin, "Voice of the University of Delaware Blue Hens," who has been named the 2019 Delaware Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sports Media Association (NSMA). This is the fourth time he has won the honor, having previously been selected in 2016, 2012 and 2009.
