Matt Stockman Joins Star 99.1/New York as Dir./Programming

Matt Stockman

Matt Stockman has joined Christian WAWZ-FM (Star 99.1)/New York as Director of Programming. His career in radio began as air talent and General Manager of WZND at Illinois State. After graduating, Stockman made stops at several stations including J103/Chattanooga, Spirit FM/Lynchburg VA, 101.1/Nashville, WMIT/Charlotte, KCMS/Seattle and most recently PD at K-Love. He also served as a missionary for a year at Christian station Onda Paz 93.2 FM in Barcelona, Spain.

Star 99.1 said it's "excited to enter this new chapter under the experienced leadership of Matt Stockman."
