SBS/Puerto Rico Postpones All Concerts and Special Events

Spanish Broadcasting System/Puerto Rico has announced that it will postpone all of its concerts and special events over coronvirus concerns. SBS reiterated that it is available to the Governor of Puerto Rico and her team to provide all the necessary information about the people who bought tickets in line at "National Zalsa Day," Platinum Edition after a Panamanian doctor, who tested positive for the coronavirus COVID-19, attended the "National Day of Zalsa" celebrated on last Sunday in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico.

SBS Puerto Rico Vice President of Operations Sixto Pabon expressed that "we remain vigilant to reinforce our surveillance strategies, and we are in the best position to cooperate with all the information that is necessary to mitigate all the effects of these unfortunate events. Likewise, we are taking all containment measures to ensure that contaminated people are not working within our company. We ask all our staff to undergo the necessary medical tests to ensure that they are healthy, and to present any symptoms such as fever and respiratory distress."

SBS Puerto Rico VP/Sales and General Manager Victor Roque maintained that "as soon as we found out about the news, we contacted our Ticket Center supplier to provide us with the information available on the people who bought the tickets. in rows K, L, M, N and O and we immediately send the report to the Secretary of Public Affairs, Osvaldo Soto, so that the administration can take action on the matter and that these people can also remain in social distancing in their homes.
